I'm trying to get some stuff up before school starts. Life will be crazy busy until Thanksgiving when I get a conference period at work and should be done with grad school. So, I'm planning on putting up several posts and then you'll see nothing for a long time again. Someday I'll have more time, right?...

Zoo Trip- April 4

Ellery is about 6 months here. We took a trip to the Detroit Zoo on Monday during my spring break. It was great! Rain was forecasted so there was almost noone there and it didn't start light sprinkles until we were heading out. Great Day!!!





















Normally, this tunnel is packed. We were the only ones for most of the time!








And these are Egan's shots of the zoo. He's pretty much taken over our point and shoot camera as his own. Such a little mimic of his daddy. ;)
















As a side note, I seriously injured my back trying to pull Egan's coat off in the reptile house. Spent the rest of the zoo gimping about. Very painful. Though I was going to have to lay done on the reptile house floor...
